Frames
We provide a two year warranty on our frames and will repair or replace a frame if it is defective due to faulty manufacturing.
Lenses
The coatings on your lenses have a two year warranty against faulty manufacture. We also provide a three month prescription warranty on lenses, which means that if your lenses need to be replaced during this time due to prescription alterations there will be no extra charge to you. This is especially reassuring if you are trying progressive lenses for the first time. If you are unable to successfully wear this lens type, we will replace your lenses at no extra charge.
Adjustments
Correct frame positioning is essential for optimal performance of your glasses and this is why we prefer that you collect your new glasses in person. We believe that frame adjustment is so important that we encourage you to call back two or three times a year so we can check the adjustment and service your glasses.
Free lifetime servicing, cleaning and adjustments
Over time your glasses or prescription sunglasses will need a little tender loving care. So to maintain their comfort and fit we provide you with free servicing, cleaning and adjustments for your glasses. Just drop in anytime.
